Job summary

Euroleague Ventures SA is seeking a proactive Content Production Executive to plan and deliver content across multiple projects, including short-form video and branded activations. You will keep productions organised, coordinate pre-production and production, and ensure timelines and budgets are met.

The role requires at least two years in media or content production, strong organisational and communication skills, and English fluency (Spanish is a plus). EU work rights are required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience in media, television, or content production.
• A proactive approach: you take ownership, anticipate needs, and keep projects moving with limited supervision.
• Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Clear communication and confidence working with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Track budgets, timelines, deliverables, and outstanding actions, flagging risks early and proposing solutions.
• Work closely with Original Programming, editorial, social media, and other internal teams to align plans and resources.
• Liaise with club and team media directors to arrange access and support content planning.
• Coordinate suppliers, equipment rentals, travel bookings, invoices, and contracts.
• Support branded content and other projects involving external partners.
• Travel for productions when required
