Job summary

Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, seeks an experienced Editorial Executive to lead content creation for our Southern Europe expansion. Reporting to the VP of Media, you will manage editors, writers, video producers, and social creatives.

You will drive editorial strategy, maintain high standards, and collaborate across departments to build a content-driven funnel supporting revenue and audience growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a newsroom, content agency, creative agency, or digital media property.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong leadership skills with at least 2 years of team management.
• Data-driven mindset with superb writing skills and creative flair.
• Hands-on knowledge of WordPress, Photoshop, Canva, and image/video editing software.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and growth for the Southern Europe market.
• 1-on-1 management, ensuring clear workflows and providing feedback.
• Lead the editorial vision for the Secret Media Network across teams.
• Collaborate with editors, writers, video and social teams to maintain brand voice.
• Grow audiences and foster partnerships to widen content reach.
• Coordinate and prioritize editorial work across Fever departments.
