Job summary

Fourvenues, a tech platform for venues, seeks a Content Creator & Copywriter Intern to join the Events team in Valencia as we produce Fun Business Days 2027.

You will craft copy in Spanish and English for social media, web, newsletters; prepare speaker profiles; cover the event live; and turn onsite moments into post-event content. Hybrid work, Dec 2026–Apr 2027, with a monthly stipend.

Qualifications

• Studies in journalism, communication, advertising, marketing or related field.
• Excellent written Spanish and the ability to adapt one message to each channel.
• Full professional English (C1), written and spoken.
• Portfolio or samples (blog, coursework, social media).
• Knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Write Fun Business Days copy for social media, web, newsletters and WhatsApp in Spanish and English.
• Prepare speaker announcements and each speaker’s profile for the website.
• Write the FBD newsletter every 2 weeks.
• Pitch ideas and scripts for videos and interviews with the audiovisual team.
• Cover the build and both days of the congress live.
• Turn what happens at the event into content for the months that follow.
• Write for Fourvenues channels too: social media, blog and newsletter.

The platform brings everything under one roof: online ticket sales, guest list management, VIP reservations, a fully integrated POS system for the bar and box office, real-time capacity tracking, and a built-in CRM to truly understand your audience. What makes it stand out is how it connects all these touchpoints, from the moment someone buys a ticket to what they spend at the bar, generating cross-referenced data that lets owners see exactly which events perform best, which customer profiles spend the most, which promoters actually deliver, and where money is being left on the table. The result: smarter decisions, less manual work, tighter control over the business, and a smoother experience for both staff and guests.

Your Mission

We are looking for anContent Creator & Copywriter Internto join our Events team and see from the inside how we produce Fun Business Days 2027, the nightlife industry congress we run in Valencia: 3,000 attendees, 4 stages, 40 stands and 50 speakers. If you love detail, can juggle many things at once and want to learn how a large event is produced end to end, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Write the Fun Business Days copy for social media, web, newsletter and WhatsApp, in Spanish and English.
• Prepare speaker announcements and each speaker’s profile for the website.
• Write the FBD newsletter every 2 weeks.
• Pitch ideas and scripts for videos and interviews with the audiovisual team.
• Cover the build and both days of the congress live.
• Turn what happens at the event into content for the months that follow.
• Write for Fourvenues channels too: social media, blog and newsletter.

Your profile

• Studies in journalism, communication, advertising, marketing or a related field, either ongoing (with an internship agreement) or recently completed.
• Excellent written Spanish and the ability to adapt one message to each channel.
• Full professional English (C1), written as well as spoken.
• Writing you can show us: coursework, a blog, your own social media or a student publication.
• A good understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Full-time availability from December 2026 to the end of April 2027.
• Weekend availability during the 3 weeks before the event.

We value

• Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar).
• Canva or Figma.
• HubSpot, Mailchimp or WordPress.
• Using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) with judgement, so the final copy still sounds human.
• Experience covering events, on social media or for a publication.
• Interest in live music, festivals and nightlife.
