• Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates in logistics, industrial, and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
• Researches industry trends and delivers insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients' growth and competitive edge.
• Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities; processes contracts and documentation for compliance.
• Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions.
• Supports basic sales activities by updating candidate and client records and ensuring data quality for the sales pipeline.
