Formación

• Basic understanding of business, financials, products/services and the market.
• Focuses on understanding client problems and gathering relevant information.
• Supports straightforward business development or account management activities.
• Has limited direct contact with clients and/or prospects.
• Foundational role for professionals building their career in sales.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in preparing client presentations, reports, and other materials.
• Documents key discussion points from client meetings and calls.
• Assists in KPI reporting, such as placement success rates and time-to-fill.
• Ensures accurate entry of contract details into internal systems.
• Maintains records of sales opportunities in the CRM.
