Mercor is seeking a Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain), for AI training tasks in a fully remote contract role. The position requires 5+ years in HR, fluency in Spanish, and a degree from a top-20 university in Spain. This remote assignment runs Oct 23 to Nov 19 with a commitment of 21 hours per week.

You will train AI agents, build HR environments, write prompts, and collaborate with AI research teams to ensure accurate HR task performance within Spain's payroll and labour frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Knowledge of Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.
