Claire Joster is seeking an experienced Consultor de Operaciones Estratégicas to join its remote-first team serving clients across Spain. The role focuses on optimizing client operations, supply chains, and overall business performance through strategic planning and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations consulting, a strong analytical foundation, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations consulting, supply chain management, or a similar strategic role.
• Proven track record of implementing operational improvements with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools.
• Excellent understanding of operations management principles and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Exceptional remote collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote setting.
• Prior consulting experience is highly preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
