Job summary

Landed in Valencia seeks a hands-on construction project coordinator to manage renovation and new-build projects end-to-end. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate with subcontractors, making timely material orders and solving issues on site.

You will work closely with the on-site team, oversee quality across phases, and ensure apartments are ready for sale or rent. Fluency in English and Spanish and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Architectural engineer or equivalent with 1–3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

About Landed

Landed is a vertically integrated real estate development company based in Valencia and Amsterdam. We currently have a pipeline of 165 hotel units to be delivered over the next 2.5 years. These are spread across several projects including 5 ground up new build developments and transformation of large warehouses 700m2-1400m2.

What you'll do:

Responsible for your own project: You will be responsible for managing a full scale construction project end to end!

Project Planning: Plan the entire construction in advance and coordinate with the various subcontractors. Identify when important material orders need to be made (kitchens, windows, furniture etc.) to ensure no delays. Assist us scale our operations and expand our CRM of sub contractors by sourcing and negotiating pricing with them.

Execution Oversight: Hands on construction management, working closely and directly with subcontractors on a daily basis to know exactly what is happening on site at all times. This job is a lot more hands on and requires real construction supervision daily: you will be onsite dealing with daily issues.

Being actionable - Solving issues and taking on site construction decisions to ensure that the project stays on track and there are no delays. On site in the mornings solving issues and setting work with the team, identifying what purchases need to be made. Afternoons in the office, making purchases, identifying and solving bottlenecks early and planning ahead.

Project Delivery: Quality control over all phases, making sure that the work of all the different professionals meets our high standards, calling people back to redo work if not good enough. Ensuring that the apartments are 100% ready to be sold or rented by the end of the project

What you are:

Architect engineer or similar with 1–3 years experience in architecture or similar role.

Motivated to manage entire renovation projects from planning to execution.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
