Job summary

Landed in Valencia seeks a hands-on construction project coordinator to manage renovation and new-build projects end-to-end. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate with subcontractors, making timely material orders and solving issues on site.

You will work closely with the on-site team, oversee quality across phases, and ensure apartments are ready for sale or rent. Fluency in English and Spanish and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Architectural engineer or equivalent with 1–3 years of experience.
• Motivated to manage renovation projects end-to-end.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full-scale construction projects from planning to execution.
• Plan construction timeline and coordinate subcontractors, sourcing materials.
• Hands-on on-site supervision daily with the team.
• Make on-site decisions to avoid delays and plan purchases.
• Ensure quality control across all phases and readiness for sale or rent.
