Amazon is offering an Operations Internship in Getafe, starting January 2027. You will work on high-priority projects, analyze data, and collaborate with managers and frontline associates to implement improvements.

The role emphasizes flexibility, on-site presence across Spain, and potential relocation if needed. Applicants should be penultimate or final-year students in Supply Chain, Business/Management, or Engineering, capable of English and the local language at CEFR C1, and able to commit

Formación

• Currently in penultimate or final year and pursuing a university degree in a related field.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3–6 months.
• Strong communication in English and local country language (CEFR C1).

Responsabilidades

• Complete high-priority projects to a high standard and deliver results.
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and improvements.
• Propose and test solutions with the team for effective implementation.
• Develop communication and teamwork by working with managers and frontline associates.
• Be mobile within the building to engage with various teams and attend pre-briefs and flow meetings.
• Navigate the workspace and move between areas as required.
• Show flexibility to work different schedules and shifts.
• Potential relocation to the designated work location.
