IAG Cargo is seeking a capable Sales Support professional to back Constant Climate bookings and related operations across Europe. You will monitor shipments, verify data, and liaise with suppliers to ensure proper temperature control and regulatory compliance.

Based in Madrid with a hybrid work model, you’ll collaborate with the Climate Reservations and Sales teams to deliver high‑quality service to European customers.

Formación

• 1-5 years experience in a sales support role within logistics or pharma.
• Understanding air cargo booking processes and systems a plus.
• Interest in temperature controlled healthcare logistics.
• Ability to work across teams in a fast paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support Constant Climate bookings ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and track shipments, identify risks, escalate issues promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers for temperature control solutions and monitoring.
• Work with Climate Reservations Team to meet standards and processes.
• Support capacity visibility by highlighting constraints and risks.
• Provide admin support to the Constant Climate Manager and Sales teams.
• Assist with regular performance reports and shipment updates.
• Respond to customer queries professionally and timely.
• Support customer visits and operational tours as needed.
• Provide coverage across the team during absences to maintain service.
