Nextpower is seeking an experienced logistics professional to lead day-to-day coordination of supplier booking activities for European solar projects. You will plan, manage, and control booking flows from origin to freight forwarder handoff, ensuring alignment with schedules and compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams; tracking shipments end-to-end; and driving improvements in booking processes and data accuracy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation operations, supplier coordination, or international shipping.
• Strong knowledge of transportation modes, booking processes, shipping documentation, and Incoterms 2020.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders in complex logistics environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day coordination of supplier booking activities across Europe, ensuring alignment with project schedules.
• Follow up on cargo readiness, packing lists, ASN data, and shipping instructions with suppliers.
• Coordinate road, ocean, and air bookings with freight forwarders to meet deadlines.
• Track shipment progress end-to-end and take corrective actions for deviations.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports on booking status and risks for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms 2020, documentation, and internal processes.
• Escalate recurring performance issues and drive continuous improvement in booking practices.
