Palletways Group Ltd is seeking an International Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service / Logistics team in a remote/hybrid capacity in Madrid, Spain. You will be the main point of contact for our international customers across Europe and will coordinate palletized freight consignments from start to finish.

Ideal candidates bring experience in customer service or logistics, strong communication skills, and fluency in Dutch and English; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Experience in customer service and/or logistics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Spanish is a strong plus; other European languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with TMS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage international customer orders and transport requests
• Coordinate international palletized consignments and delivery schedules
• Provide proactive updates on shipment status, delays or incidents
• Handle complaints and delivery issues professionally
• Collaborate closely with operations and dispatch teams
• Maintain and update customer data in our CRM
