Schneider Electric is seeking a responsible Conformity Assessment Support role to assist engineers in data management, correspondence with certification bodies, and governance tasks across Europe. The position emphasizes strong organization, reliability, and teamwork.

You will handle internal SharePoint and external documentation, manage invoices, and coordinate subcontractor access while learning the structure of Schneider Electric's offer and compliance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Data Management of Conformity Assessment Documents (internal SharePoint and external sources).
• Correspondence and relation management with Certification Bodies/Marine Agencies (e.g., AENOR, LCIE, VDE, FIMKO, DEMKO, SEMKO).
• Invoice and Order Management: place orders, track annual fees.
• Analysis and Data management.
• Management of Subcontractors: renew contracts, grant access to facilities and data.
• Support governance of Conformity Assessment: edit EU/UK DoC, support CA-QMS, maintain intranet CA site.

Conformity Assessment is a mandatory activity to ensure the market access for our products. It includes product testing, risk assessment, document control.

It requires several administrative tasks and analytic support. The role is supporting the transversal Conformity Assessment Management team of Home solution division in Europe.

Responsibilities:

As part of conformity assessment team, you support compliance assessment engineers in regards to:

• Data Management of Conformity Assessment Documents
  internal (SharePoint) and external (internet/EDMS)
• Correspondence and relation management with Certification Bodies/Marine Agencies
  example: AENOR, LCIE, VDE, FIMKO, DEMKO, SEMKO, etc.
• Invoice and Order Management : Place order, tracking of the annual fees
• analysis and Data management
• Management of Subcontractors: Renew contracts, get access to facility and data etc.
• Support the governance of Conformity Assessment
  Edit EU/UK DoC, support the management of the CA - QMS, maintain the intranet Conformity Assessment website etc.
