Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a Conference Concierge Trainee Internship to support world-class events in a luxury 5-star setting. You will be the face behind the magic, coordinating logistics and delivering exceptional guest service.

We are looking for a university student in Hospitality/Events/Tourism, ready to start in September for a 6-month program, fluent in Spanish and English, and able to sign an internship agreement.

• Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in an EU internship program.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main on-site contact for meeting planners and event organizers.
• Coordinate event logistics with banqueting, kitchen, AV, housekeeping departments.
• Support the setup and breakdown of meeting spaces according to client specifications.
• Ensure service runs smoothly and all client requests are addressed in real time.
• Assist with signage, materials, and documentation for events.
• Maintain event documentation and daily reports for internal communication.
• Deliver top-tier guest service with a warm, solution-oriented approach.
• Represent the Grand Hyatt brand with professionalism and personality.

Who You Are

• A current university student (preferably studying Hospitality, Events, or Tourism)
• Available to start in September for a 6-month internship
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• A confident communicator who thrives in guest-facing roles
• Proactive, flexible, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Able to sign a university internship agreement
• Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in an EU internship program
