Medtronic in Madrid is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our new in-house Service & Repair Customer Care team. The role features a hybrid work arrangement with office-based and remote work, and minimal travel.

You will handle complex customer inquiries, manage transactions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes while upholding high-quality service for healthcare providers and patients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with relevant experience in customer service or customer operations.
• Proficiency in English and French, written and verbal.
• Experience handling complex customer situations and cross-functional processes.
• Experience analyzing data to drive improvements.

Responsabilités

• Act as SME for complex customer inquiries and escalations.
• Manage transactions, quotations, orders, and follow-ups with accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
