Guest Services, Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day condo property operations and supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping, Event Coordinator, Office Administrator, and Landscaping.

You will interact with residents, families, guests, and vendors to maintain high service levels. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in operations or property management, a customer-service mindset, and strong leadership.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• 3–5 years of related operations or property management experience preferred.
• Experience with elderly residents or senior populations is strongly preferred.
• Florida CAM License preferred or required if applicable.
• Warm, respectful interaction with a wide range of people; strong customer focus.
• Strong leadership and personnel-management skills; ability to coach and hold staff accountable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations within assigned areas of the condo property.
• Directly supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping, Event Coordinator, Office Administrator, and Landscaping.
• Develop relationships with residents to understand preferences and service needs.
• Serve as primary contact for residents' questions, concerns, and requests; resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and service standards; coordinate across departments for continuity.
