Universitat de les Illes Balears (UIB) / University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) invites applications for a First Stage Researcher to support computational chemistry tasks in the lab. The successful candidate will work on molecular dynamics and analysis of intrinsically disordered proteins and lipid bilayers, with duties compatible with pursuing a master's programme.

Applicants should have a strong undergraduate record and have taken a bioinformatics-related course.

Formación

• Average mark of 7.60 or higher in undergraduate record.
• Language skills required: English B2 or higher, Catalan C1 or higher, German A2 or higher.
• Experience in molecular dynamics simulations and parameterisation for residues and lipids.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for research tasks in the computational lab.
• Use computational techniques to study intrinsically disordered proteins and lipid bilayers.
• Duties compatible with pursuing a master's programme.
