Airbus in Madrid, Spain, has opened a temporary Compliance Manager position within the Commercial Aircraft Ethics & Compliance department. You will advise employees on ethics inquiries, support due diligence, and participate in risk assessments.

The role requires a Master’s degree, fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel within Spain and to Toulouse. GSuite proficiency and autonomous, collaborative work style are essential.

Formación

• Master degree in business law, finance, business administration or related field (compliance a plus).
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Organised and able to work autonomously while collaborating in a team.
• Professional experience as a lawyer or compliance manager in an international environment a plus.
• Languages: full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Gsuite.

Responsabilidades

• Advising and responding to employees regarding Ethics & Compliance inquiries and requests, including on conflicts of interest, gifts & hospitality, and sponsorships & donations.
• Coordinating and animating the local network of Ethics & Compliance Representatives.
• Contributing to the promotion of a strong Ethics & Compliance / Speak Up culture, including conducting investigations and providing training and awareness.
• Supporting the Ethics & Compliance due diligence assessment of third parties.
• Supporting communications and reporting to key local stakeholders.
• Contributing to second level controls including supporting the conduct of audits and risk assessments.
• Travelling periodically within Spain and to the Commercial Aircraft headquarters in Toulouse, France.
• Contributing to the wider activities related to deployment of the Commercial Aircraft E&C programme needed.
