Pilatus Iberica is seeking a senior compliance professional to lead legal and regulatory efforts across data protection, whistleblowing and anti-corruption initiatives. You will advise on ESG matters, risk assessments and investigations in an international industrial environment.

This role offers a chance to shape the Compliance Management System, implement robust controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for SEVILLA facility initiatives within Pilatus network.

Formación

• Master's degree in Law or an equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of professional experience in compliance or regulatory roles.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2); German or other languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal topics to non-legal stakeholders.
• High integrity and autonomous, solution-oriented working style.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal and strategic advice on Compliance matters, with a focus on data protection, whistleblowing, anti-corruption, and ESG, as well as support on related regulatory areas.
• Conduct compliance and data protection risk assessments, ensuring projects and business processes comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage internal investigations and whistleblowing cases, coordinating remediation and corrective actions with relevant stakeholders across the organization.
• Advise on anti-corruption risks, third-party due diligence processes, and the design and implementation of related compliance controls.
• Provide legal analysis and support to business units on ESG-related matters and other regulatory compliance obligations.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of the Group Compliance Management System, including policies, controls, reporting, training, and awareness initiatives to strengthen the organization's compliance culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law or a comparable qualification
• 5 or more years of professional experience in compliance or regulatory roles, ideally in an international industrial environment
• Solid knowledge of key compliance areas such as data protection, whistleblowing, anti-corruption and ESG; other listed topics is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex legal topics to non-legal stakeholders
• Fluency in Spanish and English (at least B2); German and other additional languages are an advantage
• High integrity, discretion and a structured, solution-oriented and autonomous working style combined with strong team-oriented and collaboration skills in international teams
