Airbus Operations SL in Madrid, Spain, seeks a temporary Compliance Manager to join the Commercial Aircraft Ethics & Compliance department (LMO). You will advise employees on ethics inquiries, coordinate the local network of Compliance Representatives, and promote a Speak Up culture across the organization.

Professional experience as a lawyer or compliance manager is a plus; English and Spanish proficiency are essential; travel within Spain and to Toulouse may be required; familiarity with

Formación

• A Master degree in business law, finance, business administration or a related field (specialisation in Compliance a plus).
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Organised and able to work autonomously while maintaining a team player mindset.
• Professional experience as a lawyer or compliance manager in an international environment a plus.
• Languages: full professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with necessary software tools (Gsuite).

Responsabilidades

• Advise and respond to employees on Ethics & Compliance inquiries and requests, including conflicts of interest, gifts & hospitality, and sponsorships & donations.
• Coordinate and animate the local network of Ethics & Compliance Representatives.
• Contribute to the promotion of a strong Ethics & Compliance / Speak Up culture, including conducting investigations and providing training and awareness.
• Support the Ethics & Compliance due diligence assessment of third parties.
• Support communications and reporting to key local stakeholders.
• Contributing to second level controls including supporting the conduct of audits and risk assessments.
• Travelling periodically within Spain and to the Commercial Aircraft headquarters in Toulouse, France.
• Contributing to the wider activities related to deployment of the Commercial Aircraft E&C programme needed.
