INSUD PHARMA is seeking a Commercial Controller to join its finance team in Madrid, driving profitability and strategic insights across the commercial function. You will lead monthly revenue reporting, perform multi-currency profitability analyses, and build robust financial models to support decision-making.

This role offers growth opportunities, collaboration with SAP and Power BI data streams, and a dynamic, multicultural environment designed for analytical rigor and business acumen.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Business Controller or Commercial Controller in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Profitability analysis, gross-to-net calculations, multi-currency international work.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• MBA or Master’s in Finance and/or CFA/CPA/CIMA valued.
• Advanced Excel and automation tools: Power Query, VBA, Power Pivot, Power Automate.
• SAP (BO/BPC/Analytics Cloud) and Power BI a plus.
• English proficient; Spanish a plus.
• Analytical, commercial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration in multicultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with commercial teams to provide financial reviews, variance analysis, and strategic insights.
• Lead monthly revenue reporting and profitability tracking across products, customers, and geographies.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis for business cases, pricing decisions, and product launches with robust models.
• Support S&OP process by validating financial inputs and tracking performance against targets.
• Manage month-end revenue closing and consolidation for internal and HQ reporting; leverage Excel automation.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP and Power BI data accuracy and improvements.
