Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:

• Serving as the friendly first contact on the phone and holding engaging, professional conversations with prospects
• Scheduling and coordinating suitable online presentations for the consulting team
• Keeping CRM records and company databases up to date
• Supporting daily administrative back-office workflows in an organized and reliable manner

What you bring to the role:

• Fluent German language skills and strong communication abilities with a respectful, positive demeanor
• A structured and organized approach to daily tasks, ideally with first experience using CRM tools
