Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within digital commerce, eCommerce technology or platform leadership roles.
• Demonstrated hands-on or platform leadership experience with commercetools is required.
• Proven experience leading a digital commerce platform and engaging with technical, product and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of reliability, scalability, security and compliance principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent business English.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction of the commercetools platform, acting as Nestlé Nespresso SA’s subject matter expert and primary point of connection with the vendor.
• Drive platform health, reliability, security and compliance across the global digital commerce ecosystem.
• Accelerate platform adoption by enabling teams to use commercetools effectively and consistently.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering and operations teams to ensure scalability and alignment with Nestlé standards.
