Nestlé S.A.’s Nespresso Digital and Tech Team seeks a Platform Lead specialized in commercetools to shape a global digital-commerce ecosystem. You will be the subject matter expert for commercetools, supporting 40 markets and guiding platform evolution, reliability, security and adoption in collaboration with technology, architecture, product, engineering and business teams.

You’ll own the platform roadmap, drive platform health and compliance, and enable teams to use commercetools effectively.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in digital commerce, ecommerce tech or platform leadership.
• Hands-on or leadership experience with commercetools.

Aufgaben

• Own the strategic direction of the commercetools platform and partner with vendor.
• Drive platform health, reliability, security and compliance across global ecosystem.
• Accelerate platform adoption through documentation, training and best practices.
• Align with architecture, engineering and operations for scalability and governance.
• Ensure robust upgrade and compliance plans for Merchant Centre, Frontend Studio and Connectors.
• Collaborate with reliability engineering to monitor platform health.
• Share knowledge through documentation and training.
• Be the go-to SME for commercetools across the organization.
