ALEA is seeking a Cash Collections Specialist to manage the collections cycle, minimize payment default risk, and maintain strong client relationships around billing and payments in a hybrid Barcelona setting.

You will follow up on invoices, negotiate with clients, analyze aging, and coordinate with Finance and Sales to resolve disputes while upholding our credit policy. English is required and Catalan/Spanish are a plus, with a team-focused, growth-oriented culture.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in cash collections, credit control, or accounts receivable.
• Experience in B2B/SaaS environments (iGaming or fintech/payments a plus).
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills; ERP experience valued (NetSuite, SAP, etc.).
• Negotiation and communication skills - firm but professional.
• Advanced English required; Catalan/Spanish a plus.
• Results-oriented, autonomous, and analytical.

About the role
