JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, seeks a Cold Chain Warehouse Manager in Valencia to lead end-to-end warehouse operations for temperature-controlled fulfillment. You will design layouts, optimize processes, and manage teams in a fast-paced environment focused on accuracy, safety, and high service levels.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in Cold chain.
• Proven experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or high-volume logistics operations is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop warehouse strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Design warehouse operating standards, annual operating plans, and management systems.
• Plan warehouse layouts and equipment configurations.
• Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stock turnover, productivity and service performance.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality and safety.
• Promote Lean methods and warehouse automation solutions.
• Recruit, coach, and develop warehouse teams; ensure a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimize end-to-end operations.
