JD Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, ensuring safe receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of productivity and accuracy.

You will develop strategic warehouse plans, drive Lean initiatives, manage a diverse team, monitor KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in Cold chain
• Proven experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Mandarin is considered a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and continuously evolving environment.
• Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment or high-volume logistics operations would be highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop warehouse strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Design warehouse operational standards, annual operating plans, and management systems.
• Plan warehouse layouts and equipment configurations.
• Drive warehouse standardization, digital transformation, and smart warehouse initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, stock turnover, productivity, and service performance.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and manage warehouse teams.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous learning.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
• Partner with Transportation, Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimize end-to-end operations.
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into continuous warehouse service improvements.
