Job summary

You will monitor food temperatures, maintain cleanliness, follow safety policies, and support the team in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. Prior kitchen experience preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related kitchen experience.
• Experience in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning and storing.
• Wash, peel, weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Cook according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure food safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and station.
• Support team to achieve goals and uphold standards.
