Zamora Company seeks a General Manager/Cluster Director to lead European and Emerging markets for wine and spirits, driving strategy, operations, and financial performance. The role collaborates with Global teams and COMEX, focusing on stabilizing Licor 43 across mature European markets and expanding into growth regions.

As part of the Executive Committee, you will shape the company’s strategy, manage distributor networks, and guide commercial, marketing and people initiatives to deliver

Formación

• Minimum 15 years in Emerging Markets & European commercial operations.
• Mandatory experience in the wine and spirits industry.
• Experience with both wholly-owned in-market companies and third-party distributors.
• Strong understanding of European markets and Emerging Markets dynamics.
• Proven CEO or senior managerial track record.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute high-impact business strategies and distribution plans for European and Emerging markets.
• Drive revenue, profitability and market share for Europe and Emerging business with Licor 43 focus.
• Lead and develop the E&E sales and marketing teams and ensure ROI on investments.
• Foster a ONE Team culture and manage pricing, capex, and overheads with data-driven decisions.
