Job summary

Google LLC in Madrid is seeking an experienced GCP Outcome Customer Engineer to drive initial and ongoing revenue ramp, clearing blockers, and ensuring customers maximize value from their investment.

You will manage deployment plans, lead technical engagement, and influence stakeholders to accelerate production workloads and future expansions. Strong cloud, coding, and project management skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience architecting and deploying technical solutions in AI-based areas (Infrastructure/Applications/Data/Networking/Security).
• Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
• Experience engaging with, presenting to, or influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Experience in programming languages, debugging, or systems design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and orchestrate a structured, end-to-end deployment plan across teams, onboarding the implementation team and clearing blockers.
• Employ coding, debugging, or systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate deployment.
• Drive and track progress of initial and ongoing ramp of workloads toward faster consumption.
• Identify expansion opportunities for new workloads within the account during project execution.
• Promote sustainable product usage to help customers realize value and renew contracts.
