AgileEngine in Alicante, Spain seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead technology initiatives spanning product integration and an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration. You will translate goals into workstreams, work with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and blockers, and drive cross-team coordination across India and New York.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in technical program management, strong cloud knowledge, and proven ability to manage dependencies, milestones, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with strong technical program management.
• Experience leading complex tech programs with multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of software systems, architecture, APIs, databases.
• Cloud platforms knowledge, especially AWS and GCP, mapping services.
• Experience in cloud migration programs; hands-on AWS-to-GCP desirable.
• Ability to break down programs into detailed workstreams and milestones.
• Experience coordinating testing, validation, data reconciliation, release activities.
• Ownership, risk management, stakeholder communication, executive reporting.
• Upper-intermediate English

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program across engineering teams.
• Drive execution of product integration workflows, dependencies, milestones.
• Plan AWS-to-GCP migration including validation and cutover readiness.
• Translate initiatives into detailed workstreams and execution plans.
• Collaborate with engineering to understand architecture, APIs, and databases.
• Coordinate activities across teams and manage dependencies.
• Establish roadmaps, backlog tracking, risk management, and issue escalation.
• Ensure milestones and delivery commitments are met; report risks to leadership.
• Prepare weekly program/status reports for stakeholders.
