Job summary

AXXON in Girona seeks a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, maintain and monitor the required infrastructure and optimize processes to empower developers and teams to deploy product updates efficiently.

You will work under the CTO, implementing new tooling, automating pipelines, and ensuring secure, compliant operations across environments while contributing to IA-based tooling adoption.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring and management tools (networks, servers, storage, virtualization).
• Experience with AWS services (RDS, EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda) and related tooling.
• Familiarity with IaC and automation in CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cyber security practices and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new development and infrastructure tools, including servers, networks and databases.
• Automate deployment and release processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain system security and protect against cyber threats.
• Follow SCRUM processes and collaborate with development, data, support and delivery teams.
• Monitor system health, identify bottlenecks and resolve incidents promptly.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and multi-environment support.
