AXON Networks in Madrid is seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage and automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of our software platforms. You will collaborate with development, QA and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration and reliable releases.

You will implement infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), maintain CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security and observability across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Fluency in Spanish and English and willingness to work hybrid in Madrid are required.

Formación

• B.Sc./M.S. in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years in a DevOps/Cloud-focused role.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Very comfortable working on Linux environments.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash).
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with database management systems (Oracle, MongoDB, Clickhouse).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, configure and operate cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues for reliability.
• Design and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Ensure security best practices across deployment processes.
• Document daily activities and internal tools in JIRA.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for production systems.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests and deployments.
