Job summary

Hlx Life Sciences is seeking experienced CRAs for Spain and Germany to support ongoing clinical development programmes. This remote, field-based role includes managing a portfolio of investigational sites and regular travel.

You will monitor sites in accordance with ICH-GCP, perform SDV and protocol checks, and serve as the main contact for investigators. Collaboration with CTMs, CPMs and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CRA in a pharma, biotech or CRO setting.
• A track record of independent on-site monitoring across the full study lifecycle.
• Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP.
• Comfort juggling multiple sites and competing priorities.
• Based in Spain or Germany, with fluent local language skills.
• Flexibility to travel regularly to sites.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage your own portfolio of investigational sites.
• Conduct qualification, initiation, routine monitoring and close-out visits in line with ICH-GCP.
• Carry out SDV and protocol compliance checks, and escalate deviations and risks.
• Act as the main point of contact for investigators and site staff.
• Work closely with CTMs, CPMs and cross-functional study teams.
