Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking an entry-level Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to support clinical study planning, setup, and administration from our Barcelona office. Qualifications

• Experience as a CTA or entry-level CRO role.
• Motivated to develop career and take on challenges.
• Interest in progressing toward a Project Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, setup, execution, and close-out of clinical studies, ensuring timelines and regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain study documentation, CTMS records, contact lists, trackers, logs, and study files.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers, CRAs, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate study communications, meetings, agendas, minutes, presentations, and newsletters.
• Assist with vendor management, investigator payments, invoice tracking, and financial reconciliation.
• Support regulatory submissions, audits, inspections, and document translation processes.
• Coordinate study logistics, supplies, and investigator meeting activities.
• Act as a central point of contact for study teams and sponsors.
