Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a CRA Trainee in Barcelona to support clinical projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will assist the Lead CRA with in-house activities and provide essential administrative support to the clinical project team, helping to deliver high-quality records and reports.

This entry-level role requires a basic understanding of clinical trial processes, strong English communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Education: RN, BS/BA or equivalent.
• Experience in clinical pharmaceutical research preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and independently when required.
• Proficient in using computer and software systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assists the team/Lead CRA in conduct of in-house project activities and provides admin support.
• Prepare, collect, track and analyze data and documentation to produce high-quality reports.
• Handle project correspondence and maintain project files.
• Organize travel and meetings and assist with meeting minutes.
• Support site initiation, site visits, and adverse event reporting as needed.
