You will collaborate with the global study team, manage vendor oversight, and ensure timelines and quality in studies across multiple therapeutic areas. The role emphasizes document preparation, cross-functional coordination with Data Management, Regulatory, and Quality Assurance, plus budget support and risk mitigation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health care, or drug development or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Online), eTMF, and Veeva Systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Highly proactive and willing to take initiative.
• Strong relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support activities for clinical study execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Lead document preparation for studies and vendor-related documents (Vendor Oversight Plan).
• Maintain interactions with cross-functional teams (Data Management, Procurement, Regulatory, Patient Safety, QA).
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute delegated study tasks.
• Contribute to planning and execution of meetings, identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Provide support for project and budget management and SME initiatives.
