Job summary

Intuitive, Madrid-based, is seeking a Marketing Manager to execute global marketing standards at a local level for the da Vinci program across General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology and Thoracic Surgery. You will collaborate with regional Clinical and Capital teams, EU Marketing, and local sales leadership to drive adoption and growth in Iberia.

The role emphasizes clinical education, speaker programs, value storytelling, and cross-functional marketing execution.

Qualifications

• University degree in life science or business.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a therapeutic medical device company.
• General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology or Thoracic experience preferred.
• Fluent in Portuguese & English (Spanish is a plus).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing tactics for General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology and Thoracic Surgery with defined timelines and budgets.
• Partner with clinical and capital sales teams in a competitive environment for analysis and action planning.
• Provide strong sales support to drive adoption and growth of da Vinci procedures.
• Collaborate with regional Clinical and Capital teams, EU Marketing and local sales leadership.
