Job summary

Intuitive in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Product Portfolio & Digital Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies for the da Vinci systems, Advanced Technologies, Instruments, and Digital Solutions. You will develop value messaging, drive adoption, and collaborate with Iberia, EU marketing, and sales to accelerate utilization.

You will build GTM plans, manage key customer relationships, and develop collateral and reference stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or business discipline.
• 8+ years in a medical device or therapeutic company.
• 4+ years of Clinical/Product marketing experience within a medical device company.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to travel 20-30% internationally.
• Proven ability to position, launch and message product/procedure.

Responsibilities

• Build and leverage product management skillsets to manage the existing da Vinci Systems, Advanced Technology, I&A and Digital portfolios.
• Create go-to-market strategies for new products within multiple surgical specialties through collaboration with Clinical Marketing, Sales, and Training teams.
• Integrate the digital portfolio into the commercial teams to drive awareness and adoption of Intuitive’s ecosystem.
• Engage key customers to create reference centers to accelerate technology adoption.
• Develop clinical and economic reference stories and marketing collateral articulating value.
• Develop analytical tools to monitor the portfolio, competition, and opportunities with Sales Operations.
