IBA Dosimetry seeks a Clinical Advocate to provide expert clinical input across product development and validation for radiation therapy solutions. You will translate clinical workflows into product requirements and collaborate with global teams to support the early clinical use of new solutions.

Travel 40-50% domestically is required. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation in the USD 88,000–116,000 range, with profit sharing and other rewards.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Service, Regulatory, and Training teams.
• Support first clinical use and implementation of new solutions.

Responsibilities

• Represent clinical workflows, use cases, and applicability within IBA Dosimetry.
• Identify clinical trends and emerging needs.
• Listen to the market, identify opportunities, and communicate relevant insights.
• Provide input to Product Managers and Technical Leads for business cases and long-term vision.
• Guide evolution of clinical solutions based on practice and needs.
• Participate in design reviews and product development lifecycle.
• Support initial clinical use and implementation of new solutions.
