Autodesk is seeking a Client Services Specialist fluent in German to support customers and partners across channels. You will resolve access, licensing and account issues while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
In this role you’ll educate customers through training, onboarding, webinars and self-service guidance, act as SME on Autodesk policies, and collaborate with Sales to drive timely resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
