UBQ.io is seeking a Project & Billing Operations Manager to bridge client communications, project delivery, and financial operations. You will scope budgets, estimate work, and ensure accurate, timely billing while safeguarding profitability.

You will oversee time-tracking, monitor resources, handle change orders, and collaborate with finance to generate invoices. The role suits a detail-oriented professional thriving in a fast-paced services environment.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in project/operations management in professional services.
• Budgeting, billing, and burn-rate management experience.
• Proficient with time-tracking and invoicing software.
• Excellent communication and leadership in client-facing roles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client relationships from scope to completion.
• Prepare project estimates, proposals, and SOWs.
• Define timelines, deliverables, and budgets with clients.
• Oversee time tracking, resource allocation, and timesheets.
• Monitor spend, detect scope creep, and draft change orders.
• Collaborate with finance to generate invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct post-project reviews to improve profitability.
