Giorgio Armani Boutique in Marbella's Puerto Banús is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Director, you will welcome clients, guide them through collections, and represent the brand with poise and integrity.

You will build lasting relationships, maintain store standards, and stay informed on fashion trends. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in fashion sales, strong English, and a genuine passion for luxury retail.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in fashion sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong interest in fashion and brand ambassador.
• Fluency in English (high level) is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a Client Advisor full time to join for our new Giorgio Armani Boutique opening in Puerto Banús. Reporting to the Store Director, your role as an ambassador for our brand is to ensure that all of our clients enjoy their entire shopping experience.

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Excellent attention to all customers ensuring that they are properly advised on collections.
• Fulfil individual and store objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships. Collecting customer CRM details for customer portfolio and follow up with them.
• Maintain store standards and guidelines regarding behavior, stock and product.
• Stay updated on our collections, fashion trends and being a fan of our brand.

PROFILE

• At least +3 years of experience in fashion sales - MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN FASHION
• Good presence and communication skills.
• Passionate about Fashion.
• Vocation for customer service and commitment in retail and luxury sector.
• High level ofEnglish
