Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and become proficient in systems and tools used by the function.
• Identify system defects and track them through resolution.
• Produce end-to-end documentation of function processes.
• Assist to generate and maintain reports to track performance and efficiency.
• Refine and optimise claims processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Support the manager in handling multiple projects and organize workflow.
