Tokio Marine HCC Europe S.A. Sucursal en España, based in Barcelona, seeks a Claims Operations Analyst to support and improve claims operations from our Barcelona office, reporting to the TME Claims Operations Manager.

You will help deliver efficient, compliant processes and leverage technology to drive improvements. You will join a collaborative team across Europe, focusing on defect management, documentation, reporting and project support, with a hybrid work model and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate with team and IT.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Learn and use claims systems and tools to improve processes.
• Identify defects, raise IT tickets and track resolution.
• Create end-to-end process documentation.
• Assist to generate and maintain reports to track performance.
• Refine and optimise claims processes to improve efficiency, controls and user experience.
• Assist the manager in handling a high volume of projects.
• Organize, prioritize and manage workflow to meet team needs.
