In this role you will ensure the stability, availability, and performance of CICS services within the IBM Mainframe environment, driving continuous improvement. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable mainframe solutions while leading incident resolution and supporting strategic modernization efforts. The position emphasizes technical depth, problem solving, and collaboration to maintain mission-critical systems.
