Ubiquity Service seeks a Project Manager Assistant (Chinese-speaking) to support the Barcelona-based team. You will coordinate tasks, liaise with Chinese clients and the local team, and help ensure smooth project execution in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The role requires frequent travel (about 10 months per year), a B2B full-time commitment, and fluency in Chinese with good English. You will work closely with project managers to maintain schedules and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience in project management or coordination.
• Fluent Chinese and good English.
• European driver's license.
• Willingness to travel frequently (≈10 months/year).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work full-time on a B2B contract.
• Proactive problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsabilités

• Assist the project manager in planning, coordinating and tracking project activities, timelines and deliverables.
• Support internal processes: preparing documentation, reports and meeting notes, and keeping project information up to date.
• Act as a liaison between Chinese clients, project managers and the local team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Help organise business trips, test schedules and logistics for project teams.
• Take part in automotive testing (driver assistance systems, connectivity) and help prepare test reports
