Job summary

Ubiquity Service in Barcelona is seeking a Project Manager Assistant fluent in Chinese to support project execution and client coordination. You will assist planning, documentation, and scheduling, interfacing between Chinese clients, project managers and the local team, while organizing travel and testing logistics for automotive projects in Europe.

This full-time, on-site position requires a proactive, communicative professional with travel readiness and a B2B contract mindset to help us grow

Qualifications

Experience in the automotive industry.
Experience in project management or coordination.
Fluent Chinese and good English.
European driver's license.
Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 10 months per year).
Full-time on a B2B contract.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

Assist the project manager in planning, coordinating and tracking project activities, timelines and deliverables.
Support internal processes: preparing documentation, reports and meeting notes, and keeping project information up to date.
Act as a liaison between Chinese clients, project managers and the local team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Help organise business trips, test schedules and logistics for project teams.
Take part in automotive testing and help prepare test reports.
