ALOHAS is seeking a first-time full-time CTO to own technology end to end, from vision and architecture to platforms and the team that builds them. You’ll lead a lean internal group plus external partners, reporting to the CEO and COO.

Strong AI/LLM, cloud-native, and product-led mindset are essential. You’ll drive a unified, omnichannel stack with Shopify, ERP integration, and data-driven decision making, while growing a small engineering team in a fast-growing startup with sustainability at

• Experience leading engineering at a high-growth product company.
• Hands-on and cloud-native with API-first design.
• Real AI/LLM production experience, agents and orchestration.
• Product-first mindset with focus on business impact.

Responsabilidades

• Set the technical vision and architecture for a multi-entity, cross-border business.
• Own the AI agent strategy and orchestration, turning experiments into production systems.
• Own the platform integrations (Shopify, Odoo ERP, data, logistics).
• Build and lead a small, high-leverage engineering team with governance.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO/COO to keep the company AI-native.
